Delete your Habita account

You can ask us to delete your Habita account and its data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@smicolon.com from the email address of your Habita account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my Habita account.
3. We confirm the request, delete your account and data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What we delete

• Your account, email address and sign-in sessions.
• Your room photos, projects, briefs, designs and plans.

What stays

Minimal billing records may remain where needed for purchase verification, refunds, tax and fraud prevention. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. Data saved only on your device is removed when you delete the app.
