Habita terms of use

Habita Design AI is provided by Smicolon. If you use Habita on an Apple device, Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.

Subscription

Habita Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription at €14.99 per month in Germany (other countries show their local price in the store) and includes 30 room designs per billing month. Unused designs do not carry over. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel it in your store account settings.

What Habita is

Habita creates design ideas and lists candidate shop links. Generated images and plans are suggestions. They do not guarantee measurements, safety, colour, fit, price, stock or delivery. Check product details with the shop and follow manufacturer instructions when you build. Habita does not sell products and is not part of your purchase from a shop.

Your content

You keep the rights to photos you upload. You give us permission to process them to provide Habita to you. Upload only photos you are allowed to use.
